The renovation of this landmark tower – Greece’s second tallest building - will transform the ‘sleeping giant’ into modern office accommodation, retail and restaurant space within the Piraeus Port area of Athens.

This high-profile scheme, by EBRD, PRODEA Investments and DIMAND SA, will see the renovation and fit-out of the iconic, 1970s Piraeus Tower to provide a mix of office, retail, restaurant and auxiliary space.

The building will receive a new façade and a green roof will feature on the 3rd floor of the 22-storey tower.

We are providing technical due diligence and independent certifier services to Alpha Bank and the Municipality of Piraeus respectively.
