Since establishing a presence in Greece in 2010, we've been advising on a range of high profile schemes, including Greece’s first-ever schools PPP project in the Attica region - a €58 million development comprising the design, financing, construction and facilities management of 14 school units hosting more than 3,500 students; the five-year investment plan of CAPEX improvements and re-development of the five-star IKOS-SANI Group resort in Halkidiki; and the €60 million rebranding of the ex-Ledra hospitality complex in Athens to Grand Hyatt.

McBains launches McBains Cooper Hellas in Athens, expanding into the Eastern Mediterranean with specialist advisory services.
